Director: Lee Moulder
The Dorchester County Finance Department is responsible for all financial management of the county. This includes preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, establishing and maintaining controls over all financial activities, processing of invoices for payment, and monitoring of the county's general ledger to ensure proper accounting of all transactions. The Finance Department is the source for all financial information of the county and the liaison between the County and its independent auditors during the performance of our annual audit.
