Here at Dorchester County Water & Sewer, our goal is to provide the highest quality customer service. Our pages on the County's new Web site are designed to better serve our customers by answering frequently asked questions, providing necessary forms, allowing residents to make payments online, view account history and submit various work order requests without having to call the Department.

For work requests not listed above or emergency situations, contact our office at (843) 832-0075 or (843) 563-0075. All calls received after office hours, weekends and holidays will be directed to an answering service that will notify the appropriate Water & Sewer personnel.
