Dorchester County Mosquito Abatement will be spraying, by aircraft, in the southern portion of Dorchester County over Summerville on Sunday, August 28, 2016 between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. The area to be treated is bordered to the northeast by the Berkeley-Dorchester County line from North Maple Street to the intersection of Sawmill Branch Creek. The southwest boundary is along a line following the Sawmill Branch Creek to Old Trolley Road then continuing that bearing to the southern edge of Walnut Farms on the Ashley River crossing over most of Newington Plantation. All communities and subdivisions within these boundaries will be sprayed.
