  • Two sets of Construction Plans - structurals must be sealed by an Engineer
  • Two Site Plans
  • Building Permit Application
  • Subcontractor List
  • Sewer Tap Receipt OR Septic Tank Letter
  • Public Works Encroachment Application & Erosion Protection Form
  • Disclosure Form if Homeowner is submitting as the Builder
  • Restrictive Covenants Letter signed by Owner (If applicable)
  • Energy Information

    Residential Additions/Detached Structures for Residential Use

  • Two Site Plans
  • Building Permit Application
  • Two Sets of Construction Drawings
  • Restrictive Covenants Leter signed by Owner (If applicable)

COMMERCIAL SUBMITTAL PROCESS

SUBMITTAL FOR MOBILE HOME SET-UPS

  • Tax Map Number for property the MH will be placed on
  • Form 400 and Form 500 OR clear title
  • Site Plan
  • Septic Tank approval letter or Sewer Tap Receipt
  • Moving Permit (when moving home within County or from another County)
  • Decal for Mobile Home

ADDITIONAL PLAN NOTES

In order for the Building Department to complete a proper plan review, plans shall be specific (no reversals for foundation pages). Structural drawings must match the site plan.

The County shall require a County approved stamped set of construction documents to be at the jobsite for every inspection. In addition, the shop drawings for all engineered products and assemblies used in the construction of the house shall be available.
